About This Coffee

Great to finally be working with Marta and her team from Coffee Bird, we have got a few lots from them this season, this is the second of them! A very delicious washed Decaf for espresso, but also works well as a filter option! The journey and goal with each of their decaf lots is to create a sweet and balanced coffee, that tastes like coffee and stumps the best cuppers. Dreams is no exception. We named this “Dreams” in honour of the dream Coffee Bird has to make it mainstream for farmers to have agency in the supply chain. This blend has been carefully curated to be versatile, working equally well in milk drinks as it does as a standalone filter; though Marta thinks its best for Single Origin Espresso.
