Light Roasted JARC 74158, 74110 & 74112 coffee varieties (Ethiopian Local Varieties), Farmed by Neighbours & Families in Kebele or better known as Uddo Hadammaa Village. This lot is named after the Goraa bush, known for its wild berries and common in the forests of the region. It is processed at the Suke Drying Station in Shakiso, Guji, within Ethiopia's Oromia Region, operated by Sookoo Coffee. Around 23 farmers from the village of Uddo Hadammaa supply cherries, cultivating the 74158, 74110 & 74112 local varieties on 2.5 to 3 hectares at an average altitude of 2,100 meters. These varieties were selected for their yield and disease resistance. Under the leadership of Ture Waji, who has deep roots in the area, Sookoo Coffee collaborates closely with farmers, promoting good agricultural practices to enhance cherry quality. The washing station follows a woman-first policy, supports community infrastructure, and has established a school for local children.
