About This Coffee

The Santuario project began operating in Mexico in early 2017. The focus was initially on the Guadalupe Zaju farm and was later expanded to Ixhuatlán del Café in Veracruz. In mid-2019, the processing center in Ixhuatlán was completed, incorporating the experiences of Santuario in Colombia, Costa Rica, and Brazil. This center was specifically designed for the processing of high-quality specialty coffees from Central Mexico, especially from Veracruz.
