This coffee is both approachable and expressive, with a foundation of rich dark chocolate and a deep nutty sweetness. Notes of pecan, including hints of caramelised or candied pecan, sit alongside a clear, juicy acidity. Orange zest adds definition and lift. The bitterness is more pronounced, but clean and pleasant, similar to high-quality dark chocolate with citrus peel. A balanced and structured cup with good clarity.
