Vox Pop - Espresso Blend

About This Coffee

Vox Pop is our 2nd house espresso blend AKA our secret weapon. This blend was created for those who enjoy traditional 1st wave (Italian) espresso, preferring something that gives them the key characteristics such as a super heavy body, thick syrupy texture and huge crema. Unlike traditional 1st wave coffee, which typically uses a mix of lower grade central American & Indonesian coffees alongside varying forms of robusta, we only use high grade speciality components. In terms of actual profile, it has a rich viscous body that cuts through milk with ease, intense spicy notes, and lots of caramel sweetness. We brewed this on a La Marzocco Linea Classic, set to 95c - with a recipe of 17g IN / 36g OUT / 30 secs.
