About This Coffee

An exceptional natural-processed, heirloom variety from the Bombe Village in the Sidama region. We look forward to the new crop every year and this year's lot tastes extra special. We taste strawberry shortcake or strawberries & cream, layered with tropical and sweet citrus fruits with underlying tones of vanilla & cocoa powder. This is a wonderfully delicious and complex coffee. This coffee should be enjoyed pure with no additives as the natural fruit tones provide an amazing cup.
