Introducing our first ever ‘Top Shelf’ espresso blend! 60% Colombia Las Flores Tabi Thermoshock washed 40% Ethiopia Yirgacheffee Aricha washed These two coffees have excellent synergy! Although we love to focus on single origin coffees and roasting them to their full potential, sometimes when coffees are combined they can create new flavours, textures and balance each other in ways that cannot happen alone. This blend is carried by the ripe, fruity sweetness of the Colombian and balanced by the juicy, citrus acidity of the Ethiopian. In the aroma we have both florals and berries, with a super clean finish on the palette. When combined with milk it reminds us of monte carlo biscuits. Enjoy!
