About This Coffee

Some of you will recognise this one. Alto Quiel is the same coffee we released last year as Red Forest. This is the same coffee we fell in love with from the same farm in Boquete, the same Geisha trees, the same careful hands. The 2026 crop carries everything we remembered. The altitude, the slow natural drying, the unhurried pace that makes this place special. In the cup, ripe berries arrive first, bright and layered. Giving way to tropical fruit sweetness and a soft stonefruit depth. The mouthfeel is round and generous, with a finish that stays with you long after the cup is empty.
