The Pereira family has been cultivating coffee for over a century on Fazenda Santa Clara located in Mantiqueira de Minas, stretching over 350 hectares. Mechanical harvesting of full ripe cherries with selective manual harvesting using electrical combs. Cherries dried in thin layers on patios under direct sunlight with frequent turning.
