Yessica and Diego Parra bring us this clean washed Geisha from Finca El Mirador. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, oxidized for 24 hours, then floated and depulped. The coffee ferments in its own mucilage for 48 hours before being washed and dried in temperature-controlled traditional dryers for 10-15 days. This Geisha offers a juicy profile with peach notes, prolonged sweetness, and subtle mandarin citrus with a honey like finish.
