About This Coffee

A returning favorite from Grupo Terruño Nayarita. Unique dry/natural process Peaberry lot. Excellent daily driver light roast with more pronounced acidity than many expect from Mexican coffees. A slightly heavier light roast helps round things out with a hard candy sweetness. Great as a pour over, and it also makes a killer macchiato. Shade grown, volcanic soil, sustainable and fair trade practices.
