About This Coffee

Sweet Collection, as its name suggests, is a coffee blend of the sweetest cherries nature can offer. At the advanced Daterra farm, the beans undergo a processing method called pulp natural - peeling the skin and natural drying of the coffee beans, also known elsewhere in the world as semi-washed or honey. At our roastery, we chose to roast the coffee to a medium roast that best complements it. Sweet Collection is a rich coffee with a full body and flavors of raisins, honey, and citrus fruits.
