About This Coffee

This lot comes from the Buenos Aires farm within the Jaramillo region in Boquete Panama. We cupped this coffee early this year, was blown away by its structure and purple spectrums of flavour in the cup. This Gesha coffee went through a new climate control drying process for several days under consistent drying temperature.
