About This Coffee

We love Janson Coffee. This is probably the 6th lot that we purchased from them this year. This coffee comes from the Los Alpes farm, one of the farm owned by the Janson family. This particular Gesha went through a 48hrs Semi-Anaerobic process in a plastic tank, we find this process gives a unique tropical profile that we have consistently found in the past 2 coffees with the same processing method.
