Cafe Granja La Esperanza manages 3 farms: Cerro Azul, Potosi, and Las Margaritas, across three mountain ranges in Valle de Cauca, Colombia. What makes them so unique is their very distinct microclimates – one farm can have several different microclimates, which can make for a very complex cup. This Hybrid Washed Geisha lot comes from the renowned Cerro Azul. Delicate floral notes of honeysuckle, alongside bright citrus fruits and malic fruits like peaches. Subtle hints of red currants with a finish reminding us of fresh sencha, green tea.
