This GWA 975 lot is an exquisite expression of Washed Geisha from Panama. The coffee was processed as a classic washed, and then placed in a drum dryer for 6 days, continuously turning the beans whilst hot air circulates, this ensures the beans are dried evenly, until the optimal humidity level is reached. The coffee opens up with sweet florals of orange blossoms, citric notes of cantaloupe melons and grapefruit-like acidity, a honey sweetness, with a round and smooth mouthfeel.
