Our newest offering from Guatemala, this particular lot hails from Finca Santa Elisa in the Acatenango region. The farm is a large estate with 360 hectares planted in coffee positioned on the slopes in between the Acatenango and Fuego Volcanoes. Fuego has earned its name by being one of the most active volcanoes in the world. We've intentionally bought this lot to be our in-cafe batch brew intermittently over the next few months because of its well-balanced notes of chocolate, stone fruit and nuts that does well with or without creamer.
