About This Coffee

A lively, comforting cup with soul. Alma, which is Spanish for “soul,” is a celebration of Guatemala’s diverse growing regions. This washed offering brings together select lots from Huehuetenango, San Marcos, and Nuevo Oriente, each region contributing something distinct to the cup. The result is a balanced and expressive profile with a sweet, citrusy backbone and floral lift. Whether you're brewing for early mornings or slow afternoons, Alma offers warmth, clarity, and just the right amount of brightness.

Description
Some cups earn their place quietly. Ella is one of them. Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 2,400 meters in Guatemala, Ella is a women-owned single origin processed with care to let the coffee speak for itself. The result is a cup that's grounded and approachable — dark chocolate up front, a hint of cherry in the middle, and a smooth brown sugar finish that lingers without being heavy. The washed process keeps things clean and clear. No distractions. Just the kind of coffee that fits easily into your morning and makes you slow down long enough to actually notice it.
