Colombian Gesha coffee, processed and roasted by our own Oliver Stormshak. This lot features some of the finest Gesha in all of Colombia, produced by the Gutierrez Family of La Estrella in San Sebastian De La Plata Huila. Oliver processed this lot over 48 hours using a bespoke anaerobic dry method there. The result is a coffee that's powerful in flavor and with an exceptionally wine-like character.
