About This Coffee

Inza is becoming one of our favorite growing providences in Colombia. This is our first time to work with Alirio Penna’s coffee, and here at the roastery we are all very excited. Punchy bright citrusy sugar notes followed by tunneling darker maple notes come through in the cup. The result is an extremely modern but balanced filter coffee that impresses the coffee elite and the newcomer. Remember this name as we plan to contract his coffees year after year.
