Depending on the coffee beans we have arriving in Belgium we create a unique blend. With this blend we aim for the more adventurous espresso lovers, who are not afraid of some crispy acidity in their cup. How it’s roasted Blending these coffees with the aim to highlight seasonality in coffee production was as joyous as this blend tastes. High density African coffees means more room to create sweetness to give a better structure to the final cup resulting a harmonious blend. This season's coffee consists of: 60% Colombia 30% Ethiopia 10% Brazil
