About This Coffee
The Thimu Coffee Washing Station is owned and operated by the Baragwi Farmers' Cooperative Society. The word Thimu means "Proverbs" in the Kikuyu language. In the past, the farmers would gather at this location during breaks to hear proverbs from their elders.
