Coffee beans from Mexico sourced from the Union San Pedro cooperative in southern Oaxaca. Composed of Mundo Novo and Pluma Hidalgo varieties from the Pluma Hidalgo region. Known for balanced flavor profile with fine citrus acidity, floral and nutty notes. Grown on mineral and nutrient-rich volcanic soils in the Sierra Sur. Pleasant sweetness with strong body and fine fruit aromas. Part of PASSENGER's RAWS espresso blend.
