This coffee is decaffeinated using a process that combines water and Ethyl Acetate, a natural compound derived from sugarcane (also found in fruits like bananas). It works like a magnet, extracting caffeine from the beans, resulting in a brew that's 99.95% caffeine-free with minimal impact on its sensory profile.
