This tiny lot fell into our laps, and we couldn't be more grateful. Jhon's expression of Chiroso is one of the best we've found. His hard work in meticulous picking, sorting and processing are on full display in the cup. Vibrant and densely sweet, we're tasting tamarind, citrus oil, and golden raisin.
