Santa Bárbara, Honduras, has a special meaning to Populus, and this year marks the tenth year of us working with the same partners from there, San Vicente, Benjamin, and Arturo Paz, the Moreno family, Juan Evangelista Fernandez, and many others. This bundle ties together the flavors we fell in love with: Washed Pacas by Mario Moreno with structured notes of stone fruits, black tea, and nougat. Washed Parainema by Juan Evangelista Fernandez with hibiscus-like florals, juicy pear cider, and buttery macadamias.
