This well-structured and complex washed Pacas variety comes from Mario Moreno. One of the famous Moreno brothers from the Santa Barbára region, Honduras, with whom we have been working ever since the beginning. Filter: Structured and clean with stone fruits, nougat, and tea-like floral notes. Espresso: Smooth and syrupy dark chocolate with notes of red grapes and a creamy texture. Cappuccino: Smooth and sweet Black Forest cake with juicy stone fruits. Mario Moreno is one of the seven brothers of the Moreno family. Together with his family, they have made an exceptional journey in the specialty coffee business and have been one of the driving forces in transforming how coffee is cultivated in their neighbourhood.
