Description

Work in Progress are excellent coffees looking for their perfect roast profile to reach their full potential. These are the first roasts of a new coffee making its way on our menu. Great for tasty brews at home or at the workplace. As new coffees are introduced to the menu, the roasting profile is perfected for each individually. Trial bags contain batches that are liked but not completely perfected.
