Description

In coffee, the "bloom" is the first step of a pour over where it is degassed to ensure even extraction. This blend, aptly named Bloom, is a light roast coffee that focuses on that same objective: clarity. By keeping the roast profile intentionally restrained, we’re able to highlight the inherent fruit characteristics of this coffee blend. The result is a cup defined by a distinct blueberry and strawberry acidity, rounded out by a soft, stone fruit sweetness of peach. It is a transparent, well-structured blend specifically for those who enjoy a fruit-forward cup of coffee.
