In the cup, this Guatemala offers a full body with sweeter notes like dried fig, roasted almond, and delicate florals (violet primarily) with cream and milk chocolate on the back end of every sip. As it cools, the cup leans more into the the roasted almond/chocolate notes, with the fig sweetness transitioning to something closer to molasses. All around, this Guatemala is a fantastic choice for an easy-to-palate daily drinker.
