About This Coffee

A round, strong but velvety filter coffee with sweet, caramel notes. As a Cold Brew in combination with Tonic Water, a splash of orange and lots of ice cubes, a wonderful summer drink. This coffee undergoes a rather unusual 'double' fermentation: First, the coffee cherries remain in the loading baskets for 14 hours, then they are depulped in the late afternoon or early evening hours and then remain in traditional fermentation tanks for another 10 hours. Afterwards, the beans are washed three or four times before they can dry in the sun for 8-12 days.
