About This Coffee
Washed caturra, castillo lot from smallholder growers in the Inzá municipality. Sweet with light acidity, body and bite. A beautiful filter option with notes of plum and caramel. As an espresso, green apple and caramel shine through with honey, molasses and nutmeg more dominant when adding milk.
