When nougat and almond become a couple in this Panamanian roast, an aromatic, flattering and full-bodied cup profile is promised. Light to medium roast, harmonious acidity play. Gentle caramel tones in the finish, carried by almond notes and creamy, nougat-like tendencies. Dark, soft aromas based on an Arabica roast.
