About This Coffee
Our Black Pearl is characterized by its balanced ratio between classic flavor notes and modern influences. Dark chocolate, slightly caramelized sweetness, creamy and balanced. The black pearl has its origin in three different growing regions: In Tanzania, the Utengule Coffee Estate is located. At 1,400 meters, the climatic conditions here are ideal, which significantly shape the full-bodied flavor of the coffee. On the farm, traditional Bourbon varieties are grown, which compose a coffee with a soft taste, full body, and fine acidity. After the harvest, this coffee is dried in the sun for ten days. The second part of the Black Pearl comes from the picturesque Guatemala. In the Coban region, the coffee grows at around 1600 meters in the shade and has a lot of time to develop. The coffee beans from Brazil give this espresso its sweetness.
