Cinnamon, star fruit and speculoos The coffees from the Finca El Paraíso by Diego Samuel Bermúdez have been part of the Public range for some time and we look forward to the new harvests every year. The farm is located in the municipality of Piendamó in Colombia. The family business has devoted itself to the extravagant in the coffee scene. In addition to consistently fantastic qualities, they are looking for the extraordinary. Diego and his team work with the most innovative technologies. Especially the anaerobic co-fermentation in tanks and uniform drying cycles bring excellent aromas into the cup. The cherries are a mixture of the best varieties such as Geisha, Bourbon and Laurin and are co-fermented with parts of the cinnamon tree. Thanks to the aroma-oriented roasting in small batches, a wonderful, juicy espresso with a creamy body is created. The sweet aromas of star fruit, speculoos, almond and gingerbread are present and long-lasting. A perfect companion for your Christmas celebration. Ideal for the portafilter or stovetop.
