This coffee from the south of Brazil is wonderfully full-bodied without being overbearing. Through a lot of mild sweetness and earthy, nutty aromas as well as naturally low acidity, it is highly valued by all coffee lovers. Dörte is an absolute all-rounder, which comes into its own best when prepared in a fully automatic machine or with a plunger pot. As an espresso, it brings this sweetness, accompanied by a discreet ripe fruit.
