Roasted 1.0

About This Coffee

Released in July 2025, Roasted 1.0 introduced our new Stronghold S9X through one of our favourite coffees at the time: Alejandro Rodriguez. It marked the beginning of the Roasted series, giving us, and you, a first look at how a different roast profile could shape the final cup. Just a few months after installing the Stronghold, Beau was already setting time aside to experiment alongside our regular production. Roasted 1.0 became the very first release in what would grow into an ongoing series of roast experiments. It was a lighter, brighter expression of Alejandro Rodriguez. ARCHIVED RELEASE
