Roasted 2.0

About This Coffee

Released in October 2025, Roasted 2.0 was the next evolution of Guiben Honey, one of our favourite coffees to explore after welcoming our Stronghold S9X earlier that year. This release revisited the same coffee through a new roast profile, while staying true to the work of Farm Manager TianCai. At the time, Beau was continuing to experiment with different coffees and roasting approaches alongside our regular production. One of those experiments became Roasted 2.0. The cup had more nuance, balance and flavour clarity, while sacrificing a little body and mouthfeel compared to the regular Guiben profile. ARCHIVED RELEASE
