About This Coffee

Roasted 3.0 is the latest evolution of Guiben Honey, one of our favourite coffees to explore since welcoming our Stronghold S9X to the workshop in Spring 2025. It's a chance to taste what a different roast profile can bring out in an already exceptional coffee, carefully grown and processed by Farm Manager TianCai. ⚠ WE'RE RELEASING JUST 20 BAGS IN THIS FIRST RUN. For more than a year, our Head Roaster, Beau, has been experimenting with different coffees and roasting approaches alongside our regular production to better understand what the Stronghold S9X can do. Recently, Guiben was next in line. We tasted it on the cupping table and loved where it landed. Expect a light and juicy coffee with sweet notes of honey mango, fresh white pineapple and a clean white tea finish.
