This version of our El Carmen coffee has been decaffeinated using locally-grown fermented sugarcane. the 'sugarcane process' is a natural and sustainable way to remove caffeine from coffee while preserving the flavour. The success of this product has enabled us to increase the volume of coffee we import from El Carmen, which offers greater sustainability for our relationship with the small holders. Please note: Never attempt to grind, green unroasted beans.
