About This Coffee

We are thrilled to launch this decaffeinated Guatemalan coffee from Coffee Bird - a family business specialising in quality sourcing and exports. This lot is comprised mostly from Finca San Jeronimo, a 4th generation coffee farm in Atitlán along with El Zapote, Gascon, Santa Irene & San Jorge. Together, they are decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process. This method is prized for retaining the the original coffee flavour, and the result is a complex, sweet and accessible coffee.
