Naturally processed Red Catuai coffee from Brazil's Serra dos Ciganos community, sourced through Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), a family-run operation dedicated to sustainability and quality. Nestled in the mountains between São Paulo and Minas Gerais, this community combines rich farming traditions with innovative processing techniques. FAF, led by fifth-generation grower Felipe Croce, supports over 350 smallholding farmers, emphasising organic practices, biodiversity, and community impact.
