About This Coffee
After removing impurities from coffee cherries, pulping is performed. They are placed in sealed tanks with fermentation culture and fermented for 150 hours. The drying process is carried out under direct sunlight for 2-3 days and in shade for 12-13 days to achieve the target moisture level. Bright acidity like lime juice and refreshing sensation like mint are enhanced by syrup-like sweetness.
