About This Coffee
Bright and juicy acidity reminiscent of orange is layered with soft stone fruit flavors. As the temperature drops, a vibrant and tangy impression of red berries spreads, enveloped by a smooth caramel-like sweetness. It is a clean and transparent coffee with a pleasant balance of fruitiness and sweetness. Ethiopia Sidama Shantagolba Washed is a coffee grown in the high-altitude areas around the Bensa district of Sidama. Ripe cherries carefully harvested by smallholder farmers in the area are collected at the Shanta Golba Washing Station and washed using clean water. ARDENT COFFEE, led by Ashenafi Argaw, is an Ethiopian coffee company involved in cultivation guidance, quality improvement, and regional infrastructure development, bringing out the bright acidity and vibrant aroma characteristic of Sidama.
