"Los Suspiros" means "sighs" in Spanish, named after the image of breathing in fresh air while gazing at the endless scenery of the vast valley in this region. The Xinabajul Project, led by the Morales family of Finca Los Ma in the same province, involves small producers in Huehuetenango collaborating to form communities and work together on quality improvement.
