About This Coffee

This coffee comes to us from the indigenous Inga people of the Aponte Village in the lush mountains of Nariño, Colombia. Known for their delicate and complex honey process, the Aponte are a highly skilled farming community with their own dialect and culture. This micro lot offers a soft and layered sweetness with notes of hazelnut and chamomile, while navel orange and hibiscus add a bright, floral lift. Hints of papaya emerge and lead to a cooling finish.
