EXCLUSIVE to Red Rooster! We purchased ALL of this special micro-lot from Neyid Pillimue's small farm in Cauca, Colombia. Neyid, a third generation coffee producer, is a member of the renowned Pillimue family. Typical of a top quality gesha, the cup is delicate, sweet, and floral with notes of honeysuckle, Gala apple, Delicata squash, and caramel custard.
