This microlot comes to us from award-winning producers Henry and Verena Gaibor and their mill at Finca Maputo. It was grown in the unique microclimate of the cloud forests in the Pichincha Andean Plateau. The cup is sweet and buttery with notes of almond biscotti, pink lemonade, Vinho Verde, and pound cake.
