This washed coffee was grown by smallholder farmers in West Arsi, a high-elevation subtropical zone in the Oromia region of central Ethiopia. The cup is full of fruit with a sweet aroma reminiscent of fruit loops. Jasmine dominates with notes of caramel, white peach, black tea, pear juice, and plum.
