Description

Developed as a darker step into the Red Roaster experience, the Raven is a dark-roast blend from Honduras, Colombia & Nicaragua. It's the deepest roast we make, though true to our style you won't see the oily sheen of a charred dark roast — we develop the flavor without burning the beans. Intense and satisfying, it brings a full-bodied cup with notes of bittersweet chocolate, creme brulee, praline, and pipe tobacco. Excellent with cream and sugar.
